&#60;p&#62;It's true that you can call/text her and incur the same rates you would if she were in England (or if you have free minutes/messages you will pay nothing). However, the calls/texts will not be free for her. In other words she will incur international charges because this is how &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.howtocallabroad.com/qa/international-roaming.html&#34;&#62;international roaming&#60;/a&#62; works.

&#60;p&#62;Also, does the same apply for calling?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Could someone explain the rules please?&#60;/p&#62;
