&#60;p&#62;They will not pay to receive the call. Instead you will pay higher rates than what you would for calling a landline. A good 'non scientific' way to check this is to visit a calling card website and see if they charge differentiated (higher) rates for calls to mobile VS fixed lines in a certain country.&#60;/p&#62;
