(90 is Turkey's country code and the rest is the cell number; no area codes are used for Turkey cellular phones so all Turkey cell numbers start with 5).<br /> 2. He can call you using your local number so normally his number should not show in full international format on your caller ID; how it will show depends on your network.<br /> 3. You must dial his full international number to reach him (+90...).<br /> 4. You will pay international charges and he will pay roaming charges to receive calls to Singapore. Basically your calls will be routed through Turkey.
