I suppose this is a business you're calling. The problem is either on their end (they tell you to press 2 for English but do not have yet a recording in English) or it is on your end (for some reason their system does not recognize that you just enter a 2). I would try using another line/phone to dial this call. And yes, this does look like a Thai cell phone ( http://www.howtocallabroad.com/thailand/ ).

I am trying to call a Thai number, I think it is a cell, but not sure. For along time, I got a fast busy signal, now I get a recorded Thai message. The recording says, "Press 2 for English" but when I press 2, the recording continues in Thai. The number I am calling is 011-66-86-265-****. Any suggestions?
