You don't need to add 4 for Dubai (just like you don't add an area code to a US toll free number). However, toll free numbers can generaly be dialed from within the country where they are registered so it is likely that the call won't go through. &#60;p&#62;Does anyone know how to place a call to a toll-free # in the UAE (in Dubai)from the United States.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The toll-free # is posted as: 800 5111, so I'm assuming calling from the U.S. you would dial 011+ 971 + 800 +5111, but I wasn't sure if I also needed to place a &#34;4&#34; (Dubai's area code) in front of the &#34;800&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
