I format a phone directory with global locations. I'm finding that some countries prefer to display hyphens and others dislike hyphens used as space breaks in their phone/fax/mobile numbers. Is there somewhere that I can look up each location and find out if that country prefers hyphens or not?
Example: +### (0)####-#### vs. +### (0)#### ####

Thank you!
