    i used to call a friend on this no from U A E 0066128641?? about four years back.Now iwant to call this friend from india.I dont remeber weather its a cell or mobile no.How
    can i get the latest no.

    Hello,
    The number could be the same even after four years. This looks like a Thailand fixed telephone number and to call it from India you would dial the exact same sequence you mentioned above.
