Aussie cell in Vietnam

    I am in Australia, I am trying to call my Australian friend with an Australian mobile number who is currently in Vietnam. What numbers do I dial? Do I add Vietnamese codes to the Australian ones? I've tried using Skype and I'm struggling! PLEASE HELP ME!!

    Hi. Most likely your friend has international roaming so don't add any international codes, just dial the number as it is (04 ???? ????).
