   i want to knbow if i want to call from germany to my frend in ITALY ..but i dont know the exact place ..but i have phone number of her
   it shows 0039- 328..phone number
   what is 328?

   Hello Kiran,
   This Italy number is a cellular phone. Like many countries mobile numbers in Italy do not use area codes and are not geographical. In other words you can not know where this number is located by looking at the first digits.
