   Hi. I can make a call to a landline in Juarez Mexico with no problem. When I try to make a call to a cell phone in Juarez Mexico, I get a message saying the call cannot be completed as dialed. I use the same code for both. Any help? Thanks.

   Hi,

   Did you add digit 1 (one) before the area code? This digit is needed for dialing Mexico cell phones from abroad. So, if you are in the US or Canada you would dial: 011 52 1 + area code + cell number.

   Thanks. For your info. I'll do that next time I call. Unfortunately I don't have the number to call with me right now but I'm sure it will work. If not I'll let you know. Thanks again. I'm glad this helped someone else too.
