Call to Bermuda

Every time I call the number in Bermuda (from US), I get a message “you have called a restricted code”. I know the # is correct. I’m dialing 1 441 xxx xxxx. I also tried 011 1 441 xxx xxxx. That one keeps giving a busy signal.
Thanks for any help you can give me!

Hello,

Dialing without 011 is the correct sequence. Have you tried using a different line to place this call? The “restricted code” message could mean that your phone company is blocking this destination or a certain type of telephone numbers belonging to this destination. Is this a number you have called before, is it a person or a business?
