   I am trying to call my daughter in Ireland on her US cell phone. I am unsure as I have been told 3 different things already. Do I dial 011-353 then her cell number including the US area code?

   Hi Ellie,

   You should dial her US cell number as if she were still in the US. The US wireless provider will then redirect the call to Ireland. You will not incur any extra international charges, your daughter will.
