My nephew lives in Taipei, Taiwan and I want to call his US cell phone; how do I do this as far as country codes etc? I tried to Skype hin but keep getting “no routes found” message. We haven’t heard from him and 2 months and are very worried.
Thank you for any help!

If he has a US cell phone with an active international roaming plan you can call him by dialing just the US number – no extra codes are needed.
