calling Australia from Bali

My wife trying to ring me (Perth)with an Indonesian cell phone and is using these numbers 011 61 8 9xxx-xxxx but its not working.
Accorrding this website it should..any ideas.
I know when I was in Jakarta last year I had to use the access number 01017.

Hello,
She should use 001 and not 011 to dial from Indonesia to Australia. To avoid confusion she can also use + instead of 001: +61 and so on.
