Calling between US cell phones while in Israel

    How do I dial to make a call from a US cell phone to another US cell phone while both are in Israel?

    Hello Edmond,

    In this case you are both connected through a roaming partner. Although both in Israel calls between the 2 cellular phones will be dialed as international calls from Israel to the US. The page below shows all the info needed to dial out - if you don't know what the International exit code (X) is you can replace it with the + (plus) sign on your mobile device:
