If I call a cell phone in Haiti 509-3-637-6??? will the phone in Haiti be charged for the incoming call? Or is Haiti a “calling party pays” country?

I am not concerned with how much it would cost me, but whether it would cost them to receive the call. Thanks.

    Hi LRG,

They will not pay to receive the call. Instead you will pay higher rates than what you would for calling a landline. A good ‘non scientific’ way to check this is to visit a calling card website and see if they charge differentiated (higher) rates for calls to mobile VS fixed lines in a certain country.
