    i am verizon subscriber here in USA and im calling to a smart user in philippines the call go through but i cant go through to a globe user.WHy?thanks

    Hi,

    I assume that Smart and Globe are two Philippines wireless providers? If so can you provide the two numbers you have been dialing (replace the last 3 digits in each number with ???).
