calling from canada to nigeria

hi i am from ajax ontario and i am trying to call nigeria and i am dialling 011 234 then the 9 digit number but seems not to work can u help please?

Hello,
Nigerian landlines are 8 digit while cell phone numbers are 10 digit. Therefore your having a 9 digit number doesn’t sound right. What is this number you have? Is it a fixed or mobile number?
