I'd appreciate it very much please if someone could give me the code number for calling Ghana. I will be calling a mobile phone. I know the code number is 00 233??
If this is right, do I put the number after this code? I have sent a few messages and the person has not answered them. I presume I am wrong with the code number...

Ghana cell numbers are 9 digit and start with either digit 2 or digit 5, so you should have either 00 233 2?? ??? ??? or 00 233 5?? ??? ???. You can also use +233 instead of 00233.
