   I'm trying to call Palestine from US, the numberthat he gave me is 0598423??? I have been using the counrty code 011 and the Palestinian code 970 what am I doing wrong?Please help me

   Hello,

   You must leave out the starting zero from the cell number: 011 970 598... This digit is only used for calls within Palestine. Also, if it still doesn't work try using Israel's country code 972 instead of 970.
