My son in law is deployed to Kyrgyzstan. His wife(my daughter) is seven months pregnant. he and i are both on skype, he has also bought a pay as you go phone over there. my daughter needs to be able to call him cell to cell without the exhorbitant charges that the cell carrier incurs. any suggestions? thank you..
