Calling Saudi Arabia Cell from India through VOIP

    Hi,
    I need to call this cell num from India to Saudi +966568334XXX.I tried to call it using 00+966568334XXX but no luck

    Just to make sure: you are not adding a plus sign after 00 I hope. The plus sign can be used to replace 00 so you either dial 00 966 5... or you dial +9665... Other than this everything looks right to me so if you still can't get connected try using another line to dial.
