   hi i just want to know on how to call from philippines to angola using my landlines phones i already dial the 00+244922969??? is my dialing numbers right? bec still i can't connect pls help me thanks.....

   Hi,

   Yes, the codes entered are right: 00 244 9.... If you can't connect it's likely because you don't have international access with your landline service.
