    I am calling from US to Nicaragua to an in-country phone. How much is it costing the recipient of my call?

    Not sure what an in-country phone is, but it shouldn't cost them anything to receive your call.

    The in-country phone is a cell phone. I think they have to buy phone cards for minutes. Thanks!
