   Hello,
   I've got confused. My friend is in Simferopol, Ukraine and has a cell phone only. She gave me #809534209??. I called all day today from USA and couldn't get connected.
   I checked your directory, but codes don't much. I don't know what to do.

   Hi Lana,
   I believe the number you have has too many/too few digits. Ukraine's country code is 380. For some reason 80 is included in your number (don't know why 3 was left out). In short I believe that the actual cell number is 953 420 9??. To dial this number from the US you will enter 011 380 953 420 9??. If this doesn't work please reply to this post.
