    What's the best way to call someone who has a US phone (with GSM international roaming) and is located in the US. I have a US number as well and am located in the US. Thanks.

    I suppose you mean the person you want to call is in the UK. If so just dial this person's number as if he were in the US - nothing changes to the way you dial the number.
