   I have two phone numbers to call in Israel; one is a land line with a two digit area code beginning with a zero and one is a cell with a three digit area code beginning with a zero. In order to call direct from Canada do I dial 011-972 and then the two or three digit area code plus the seven digit numbers? Or do I drop the zeros? Thanks!
