On cell phone info - you say to call 011+country code+ 6 or 7 and then 8 digits without the US area code.
But there are 7 digits not counting the area code. How do you know when to call 6 and when 7?

You say to dial 011 (US excite code; 2 digit country code + 9 digits. EuroCar has a 10 digit #.

I am dialing that with 011 before it. I am omitting the (0) as suggested on your site.

Try to find a different number on their website. These 08 UK numbers do not generally work when called from outside the UK. Here's a page on their website with UK locations - click on a location and you'll be provided a regular landline number to call in most cases:
