cell phones in New Zealand incoming calls from the USA?

    Are cell phones in New Zealand charged for incoming calls from the USA? I would be using my Skype account to make the call from my PC.

    Hi Jeff,

    No, New Zealand cell phones do not incur charges for incoming calls. You will however pay higher rates than you would for dialing a NZ landline.
