   I have a US CELL phone.
   I'm going to be in Paris.
   I want to call a Candian friend with a Canadian cell phone number who will also be in Paris.

   How do I call from Paris with a US cell phone to my Canadian friend with a Candian CELL phone number.

   Also if someone from the US is trying to call me on my cell do they dial: 011-33-1-my area code and phone number?

   Thank you for your assistance.

   Hi Georgiana,
   Your Canadian friend in Paris will call you as if you were in the US: 00 1 + 3 digit area code + 7 digit local number. Same applies to calls from your phone to his. People from the US will dial your number like they usually dial it when you are at home (no international codes needed).
