   I am traveling today with a friend from the US to the Ukraine. We are both carrying our cell phones. How would I call this fellow traveler while in the Ukraine if we got separated?

   Hello,

   As I understand this you both have activated your roaming service and will be using your US cell phones in the Ukraine. If so you will dial your friend as if he was in the US. This page has instructions on dialing from the Ukraine to the USA (these are the dialing codes you'll be using). You can replace the 8Pause10 sequence with the plus sign (+).
