   I have international service and a traditional US cell phone number 484-123-5467.

   When I land at Heathrow, I want to call my friend who is expected to land at Heathrow the same time as me. He has a Luxembourg cell number (352 621 123546) . What do I dial?

   Once I meet up with my Luxembourg friend at Heathrow, we want to use my cell phone to call a car service. The driver told me to call his London mobile (787 123 4567). What do I dial?

   Hi,
   The short answer is: for dialing calls your phone behaves like a local phone while for people to call you they must dial your number as if you were in the US. In other words:

   -to call your friend dial 00 352...
   -to call the UK cab dial 0787 123... (when dialed from within the country all UK numbers have a zero in the beginning)
   -and a bonus: your friend will dial 00 1 484.. to call you:)
