   Is there a problem with the phones in Croatia. Have had problemsgetting through as the phone rings and rings and then an operator says to hang up and try again later.

   Not that I know of. Try dialing another phone number to see if it works.

   I mean any Croatian number. If the call goes through you'll know that there's something wrong with the number you're dialing. If you want I can try dialing the "non working" number for you.
