   Please help me locate a specific person in the above city. The number i researched showed 090-9???-????. How do i dial this? Have tried many times but can't connect, i want to know what i haven't done right. thank you for your help.

   Hi Nancy,

   To dial this Japanese cellular number from the Philippines you must enter 00 81 90 9??? ????. 00 is the code used to dial international calls from your country, 81 is Japan's country code and the rest is the Japan mobile # (you must leave out the starting zero because that is a trunk code used for calls made within Japan).
