finding address with a mobile number

Hi I am trying to find the city or closest address for someone who’s phone number is in France (+33 6 73 71 28 33). I managed to discover that its a cell phone but I would like to know in which city the person is in so I can contact her. I dont know how this works really so wont post her name or email but how would I go about finding that.

Hi Frank,

Cell phone numbers in Europe have a national dialing format (in France they all start with 6). In other words the number could be from any part of France.

Ok thank you I think I was able to locate their ip address in Bordeaux France once I knew that 6 represented a cell phone number not one of the 5 regions.
