   i call to a cell in nz as the way it should be 006421######## i can hear the ringing but he cannot and there is no missing call on his cell. what i have to do?

   Hello,
   Likely the call doesn't go through. The dialing sequence looks right so I believe this is an issue with your phone service provider. Have you dialed international calls before using your current phone plan? Try calling your provider to inquire about this. My guess is that you don't have international calling activated.
