   My mobile in UAE is 056-101-9622 (preceded by 011 + 971 for interational + country code).
   Does US caller use 056, 5, or 6 in the 056 to call my mobile from a landline?

   Hi Jem,

   As stated on this page the dialing sequence is the following: 011 971 5? ??? ????. So you will only drop the starting zero.
