I am in India. I have sent text messages to a friend's cellphone using the following number
00 45 409 20???.
But when I dial the same number to speak with my friend, the call doesn't go through. Should I be adding any more codes or numbers to call the number. Could you give me the exact sequence of numbers, any spaces between etc., to speak to this number.

There's nothing wrong with the way you dial this Denmark cell number. Most likely there is a problem on your end, possibly you don't have a telephone plan that allows direct international dialing. Try calling your provider to inquire about this. One more thing: I just dialed this Denmark number and it rings.
