    Hello,
    This is a Nigerian cell phone number. I don't know and can't find out who it belongs to. Why not call it and find out?

    Because I am in the California and I cant call Internationally. I was told to call it by a man that I have been talking to he said it was a Hotel and that is the phone number where he is staying. So you can not call it to find out if its a hotel? Can you direct me to someone else that can call it for me?
