how can i call from germany to afghanistan, cell phone 2 cell phone?????

    I am desperate need of some help I just cant seem to figure out how to call from Germany on my cell phone to someone in Afghanistan on their cell phone, please help

    Dan,

    Afghanistan registered cell phones have the following format: 7? ??? ???? (9 digits, first digit should be seven). To this you add 00 (Germany's direct dial international code) and 93 (Afghanistan's country code). To sum it up: 00 93 7? ??? ????.

    If the Afghan cell number you have has a different format let me know what it is.
