   i need to make a call to Canada, Levis, Quebec from Ukraine.
   i want to call on the cell phone of that person.
   the number is 9257??? ( at least i hope that this is a cell phone number)

   OK, you need the area code for this cell phone in Quebec. Area code for Levis can be either 418 or 581 (the latter was added in 2008). To dial the number from Ukraine you should enter: 00 1 418 (or 581) 925 7???.
