   so my number here is: 01282450xxx

   i've been trying to figure out what the correct format is for my boyfriend to call me while i'm away

   so far, he's tried: 011-84-1282450xxx

   but the thing is i'm using a mobifone sim card so i'm just wondering if it should be 011-84-90-1282450xxx???

   i'm really confused, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

   Hello,

   Why add 90? The dialing procedure you have tried seems correct: 011 84 12... If the call doesn't go through the problem is likely with the line your boyfriend uses to make the call. Advice him to try using a different line.
