   hi admin,

   I would like to know about how to call from philippines to jordan. She's using a sim card with the same carrier as mine!!her number is in format like this 0908-xxx-xxxx, how can I call her?!

   Hi Barat,

   From the cell number format I suppose this is a Philippines cell and the person carrying it is now in Jordan using this phone with a roaming agreement. If this is the case you should dial the number as if this person was in the Philippines. In other words nothing changes in the way you dial this number. Here's a link explaining in detail how international roaming works.
