   Hello Sir,

   i have a friend in nigeria wha has carried a local indian mobile number. If we want to make a call from India on that number through mobile then how can we do it..?

   Nothing changes in the way you should dial your friend's number - call him as if he was home in India. Here's a page that explains in detail how international roaming works
