    how do you dial a mexican cell phone from a mexican cell phone while you are roaming in the US

    Hi Yvonne,

    If you are in the US with a Mexico cell use the instructions featured on http://www.howtocallabroad.com/mexico/

    If you are in Mexico and want to dial a Mexico cell roaming in the US nothing changes in the way you dial the number (you dial it as if it was in Mexico).
