   I am in the UK, my friend is travelling in USA. She has an Indian mobile phone. What codes are required to contact her on the cell phone please?

   If your friend has a cell phone registered in India you have to use the instructions for dialing from the UK to India, therefore you should dial 00 91 followed by the Indian cell which should have this format: 9? ???? ????.
