My friend has Israel Cell phone exit code 012, They are in Hawaii and wish to send text images to my USA cell phone. We're having a bit of trouble. They received text from me when I used : 011-972-5xxxxxxxx

Hi Dan,
Since your friend is in Hawaii he must use Hawaii's rule for dialing the US. Using 012 won't work. He must dial 1 + area code + 7 digit number.
