   My friends have difficulties for calling me from korea, why is that so?
   They failed to call me despite using all the methods we can find on the web.
   i really need this to be solved as soon as possible

   Well I need more details. What is the phone number they've been dialing?

   My mobile , we've tried +65 , 00265, 00165, all sorts of method but they stil can't get through but i could call them from singapore.

   The numbers they dial should be either: 001 65 ???? ???? or +65 ???? ????. The plus sign can replace the 001 exit code when using a cell phone or VoIP phone to connect. If this is what they enter and the call doesn't go through most likely they can not place international calls. For example their calling plan may not allow international dialing for some reason. Have them try to dial another international number just to see if the call goes through. Or have them call their service provider to inquire about this issue.
