My son is outside of Sao Paulo, Brazil with a Razor. he used to have an I-Phone (broke it 4 times) which had international calling assist (automatic). Now he doesn't have it and when I called AT&T up for help them said all he needed to do was put a "+" in front of the US number. NOT! Anyone know how to do this?

It's easy. The plus sign can be found on one of the phone's keyboard buttons. For example my Nokia phone has these two signs at the bottom left: * and +. To enter * you press the button once. To enter the plus sign (+) you quickly press twice. Same way you write text messages.
