   I have been given my friends number in the Ukraine (Kiev) to call her, I am in england. I have added 00 and 380 before the number I have been given, but every time the reply is 'your number is not recognised' Please can you help, I have tried many times and permutations of the number to no avail. the number I have been given is....050 600 5???

   Hello,
   It's simple - you will have to leave out the starting zero and dial: 00 380 50 600 5???. This is a Ukraine cell phone and the starting zero is used to call within the Ukraine only.
